Arrived with US plug in UK
Unfortunately it arrived in the UK with a US plug. I used Amazon chatbot to solve it and I have to say they were very good and efficient. Shame because it seems to be a good product.

Don't Bother
Couldn't use this as it came with a USA 2 pin plug. Total waste of time.

Supplied with US plug on charger
Supplied with US plug on charger. Have ordered adapter but this was a gift and has caused embarrassment for the recipient and myself. The description should make it clear that an adapter also needs to be purchased

It not worth the money .
Looks like very cheap vacuum, they send me American plug-in (I live in uk) you don’t know when is charging , charging base is very cheap.

not tried this yet because it comes with a 2 pronged plug charger no where does it say you need an adapter for it to work in UK.

Powerful product.
I am so happy that I bought this. Made my life so easy. Kids were always spreading food crumbs and I hated cleaning up after every meal. My friend recommended me to this and the suction is so good. On hard floor it plays wonder. Take little extra time on carpets. But on sofa is very good
