Speaker not working good and bluetooth connectivity very poor and pls don't purchase renewed

The battery is not good and speaker is dead
The media could not be loaded. After buying new it doesn't charge for 100% as it charges to 70% only and the battery life also doesn't last long even if I charge for more than 2 hours also the battery stays for 70% only,if I charge the speaker by keeping the charger on then it shows 100% and then after it shows 70%,then after few days like after a week its speaker is dead no sound so I want to return and replace the item
