Great headsets for SxS
I got a pair of headsets to use when we go out in the SxS. We have a RZR PRO XP Ultimate and is fairly loud when traveling at high speeds. These help to dampen the noise quite a bit, and enables us to finally be able to hear each other without yelling. The noise cancellation is so good that I called my wife while out riding alone, and she couldn't hear the RZR our road noise at all. She thought I was sitting at home - I was driving at 50mph on a busy road. We're happy with them.

Will not work with a normal hardhat!
I have heard so many good things about Sena products that I thought I would give them a try for some reliable communications while wearing a hardhat. I ordered 3 sets of these earmuffs to do some testing with. Now I have 3 sets of earmuffs that are useless to me. Believe what you read about these Sena TuffTalk earmuffs. The antenna WILL NOT clear the brim of your hardhat! I have e-mailed the Sena customer service department about it and while they responded to my e-mail, they offered no solution to the design problem. The antenna will not clear the brim of the hardhat. They recommended using a mountain climbing style helmet that has no brim on it. This is clearly false advertising! Take the picture of a normal work hardhat off of your website since it clearly will not work with a normal hardhat! As far as the electronics go, I do believe that the electronics and operation of the radio is very good. If I could do it over again, I would purchase the Sena 30K (because I do like their electronics) and mount them myself to a pair of 3M muffs. You have been warned!

Excellent product
I have no idea where the 1 star reviews come from, but there is NO downside to these intercoms. The sound quality is excellent. There is zero wind noise running at 60+ mph in an open boat, No issues with quality, and everything is well built. I have used wired intercoms on a boat, and these are better. I've also used ones that cost twice as much and these are better. The only negatives are that they only come with a quick start guide which is useless. You need to download the full directions from Sena's website, and they MUST be repared each time you turn them back on, however its a simple 5 second repare.

Complete junk
Brand new out of the box and unit will not turn on. Fully charged both batteries and neither will turn unit on. No lights when plugged into USB either. Previous unit lasted 35 days before failing.Sena should be ashamed of such poor quality.

1st class
I purchased 2 of these for riding in my side by side. Being able to talk to each other and also listen to FM radio or Pandora/Amazon music over a very loud machine is nice. I also use this for my other loud environments like mowing lawn or operating other loud machinery. Expensive but worth it...

They work
I use them to communicate with a passenger in my noisy side by side. They do that just fine. But if you want to be on the phone and talk to the person next to you it don't do that very well you get one or the other. You have to shut it off and turn it back on to get it to work from the phone to the two way communication. There is no EZ button on this set. And if you want to listen to music while you want to talk it doesn't do that at all. For the price at almost 400 dollars each you would think it would be automatic from phone to two way talk but I find myself taking them off to find and push the buttons to get it to do what I want. And I think that after I get off the phone it should go back to two way talk without shutting it off. Or hitting any buttons to get it to work. Other than that the sound is decent and there comfortable to wear for a few hours. And the two way is very clear. They do have a good distance with the two way talk and they do link up fast once you fumble the button to make it link to the other head set. I do like it that the ones I got have a battery charger and it came with two batteries and the battery pops out EZ to replace with AAA batteries as well if you need to. And you can charge the battery with it in the head set as well.

Way too cumbersome
While we enjoy the communications, setting them up and binding them EVERY SINGLE time is a pain in the butt. The comma ARE very good and clear but that’s not the whole picture. Also, we’re constantly accidentally pushing buttons when turning our heads as the large side button is easily accidentally actuated. For the money we spent on these, we’re very disappointed in them. After a few short months of use, we’re already looking to acquire something different. Not a big fan of these.

Terrible audio quality from mic
I've paired this to another Sena SPH10 and the sound quality is awful. The mic barely picks up any sound, and then fades it quickly after a few seconds. Meanwhile, any bumps to the mic come through as deafening crashes on the other side. I though these were supposed to be quality units. Very disappointed.
