The app was easy to install on our phones. The cameras worked as stated in the product description. Sometimes it is hard to hear when someone is talking back to the camera. The only thing I could say that didn't meet my expectations was no batteries. You always have to leave the cameras plugged in.

Bought these to monitor a puppy while he was left. They have worked very well for the last 6 months but I’ve just uninstalled them. The main issue for me has been having to rename the Wi-Fi channels on my router in order to connect. This means that my HP air printer wouldn’t connect and it takes a 10 min workaround to print anything. As I’m happy that my pup is quite happy left alone for a while now I’ve disconnected the cameras.

Received my cameras in December 21 and they worked very well, one in the living room and one in the kitchen. This week noticed the one in the kitchen had gone off line and as other people have commented it just wouldn't do anything, reset etc. As being a bit lazy I unplugged the camera and moved across the kitchen where I could sit down and also where there are our mobile charging plugs and sockets. I plugged it into an older phone plug and lead which fitted and tried a reset to my surprise it did, I left it for a few minutes then as everything was working OK I moved it back to it's original place, again off line so I checked wifi signal, good and strong, moved it back to the sitting area plugged in, back to being OK so put a different plug and lead in the original area and tried again, this time came back on line no problem then started the elimination process, plug, lead or both, turned out it was the plug, this can also happen to cctv systems after a period of use. I originally bought these to watch the rescue dog when we started to do home alone. Picture quality for the price was really good. I was quite impressed and it gave me reassurance that my doggie was doing ok. They came with a long cord. The app is easy to use and the whole thing is very user friendly.Then I was the victim of antisocial behaviour so I turned the camera around to point at my property. I bought two more and placed them inside the windows pointing around my property. When the teenagers saw them, they reverted back and were careful.Day quality is good. Night quality is ok if cameras are near to the ground level. Motion detection a bit sensitive as it will alert me if a bird flies by. But considering the price, I can live with that. They are discreet and I can zoom right it.Recordings: there are two ways to record. It is advisable to get an sd card if you want to record as I find the motion pictures can be delayed. Simply format your disc to FAT recording. Then slot the micro sd in the camera. Open the camera on the app and select the three buttons on the top and select storage. Local recording will record videos when motion is detected and second option is recording full time. When you want to review the footage back, you can select message and then press view for the recording. This took me a while to get to grips with, but I am flying it now. Nighttime recording through a glass can be problematic with light reflection, so all I do is pull the blind to minimise the light reflection from the video. There are not designed to be outdoor cameras but do a good job overall as I didn’t want cameras all over my house outside. These are more discreet.For a small camera, this is a mighty gadget and does the job. I use three for front, side and back and another for my car. Customer service on the app is very helpful and I am delighted that I have them. Even the security firm that does my alarm was impressed with the quality. I use them mainly as a deterrent and I am really pleased with them.Thank you littlelf

Great camera quality but out of the four units purchased 3 have failed within 12 months. The units just fail to connect to the Wi-Fi and become useless far to quickly.

Loved these cameras for my sons bedroom. They are easy to set up and fix to thw wall just a shame they started flashing red and would no longer work. Contacts little elf and they sent replacements

Only wanted for pet watching when out. Quality is pretty good for the price and we have put some as cards in so don’t need to pay for anything extra. Night vision is also pretty good. Can’t complain.
