I use this for making oat milk and it filters out the pulp very well.It is a little annoying to get stuck bits out when washing, but all it takes is a little gentle rubbing for that. It's best if you wash it right away, rather than letting it dry first.Also, I wouldn't wash it in hot water, as that will likely shrink it. I haven't tried machine washing, but if I did, I would keep it on gentle only and only with cold water, and I wouldn't put it in the dryer. Drying flat works just fine.

This is a very sturdy, well-made bag. The mesh seems even finer than cheesecloth, and unlike cheesecloth, it doesn’t shed any lint. The edges are well-sewn. It’s useful for making nut milk of course, but also for other things like making cheese, broth, or tea. It’s easy to wash with a soapy sponge in the sink, and dries fast.Here’s a photo of it taken with a macro lens next to a cm ruler, and a photo of my finger through the mesh.

We used this bag to make tofu. It did a great job of separating the liquid from the solids. We were left with a good amount of soy milk and some nice, homemade tofu. It was easy to clean, easy to use and I highly recommend it.

This is my first nut bag but definitely not my first time making cold brew. I used to make my cold brew with cheesecloth - what a mess (and it let too many grounds through), then I used my iced tea filter - it took forever. Finally - a fantastic solution that works.After brewing for 12+ hours in a large gallon size bowl, I simply emptied the bowl contents into the Silcony Amazing Nut Milk Bag over an empty bowl - this does take a few rounds as I brew a lot at a time. For the first time ever this Nut Milk Bag kept all the grounds in the bag and my delicious brew in the new bowl! After I was done I rinsed it under warm water with a little soap and although as I expected it did get dyed a bit it is perfectly clean and ready for the next adventure (I think I will try almond milk next). This is well worth the price as I will be using it on a weekly basis. It is functional and a very nice quality. No more mess for me! The media could not be loaded.  The nut milk bag is light, and sheer. The nut milk bag is easy to use. The directions are posted on the front of the bag. It is alittle challenging to clean u have to rinse it good . This Product the is effective.

Just what i needed I made my first attempt at making yogurt in the instant pot and i need something to strain it with. This was perfect and it held up great.I received this item at a discount for my honest review.

I use this as a first pass to filter my goats milk into the milk pail. Works well.

I'm actually thinking of ordering a second because it's so handy to have. It's great for straining beef broth, yogurt for Greek yogurt, and kombucha. It's sturdy and easy to turn inside out for rinsing. Hand wash and then dry over a bottle.
