Does this charger work with 7 cell lipo batteries and if so does it balance charge them?

It will charge 7S lipos but will not balance charge them. -

Does this charger work with lifepo4 batteries?

Yes, the charger is fully programmable. It also comes with a set of preconfigured charging profiles. However, it is not a balance charger. Balancing needs to happen via BMS.

Does this charger come with the Anderson connector that others offer?

My charger (the 52 V version) came with the standard 110 VAC input cable, and with only one output cable, 3-pin xlr, mating with 3-socket xlr connectors used in some electric bikes. The unit can receive 110 to 220 VAC as input.

Can charge rate be programmed? I want slow charging time for longer life.

Yes of course. The preloaded profiles are mostly at either 4A or 8A charge rates, but you can make your own custom profile to charge at whatever current you like, up to the maximum of the device. So for a really low capacity battery, a 2A charge profile might make sense. In general, there isn't any benefit to battery life from charging at lower than C/3. (ie 4 amps for a 12Ah pack, 5 amps for a 15Ah pack etc)
