We had a device to connect the inboard motor and the kicker,, but it kept pulling apart. It's nice to be at the back of the boat and not have to stay at the wheel. The left and right remote works great. We didn't purchases the separate remote which is about another $180. We got in a launch that was too shallow for our inboard motor to work and the fresh water connection saved the day!

These instal instructions, jesus... maybe nothing would be better? There are no pictures of what is even in the box. The pictures provided are so close, I don't even know what I am looking at. No diagrams exploded or not. Pics are from some circa- 1960's motor, I am installing on a 2022 Yamaha, so WTF? I have read about several people not getting good performance from this unit. Maybe if you actually showed folks how to instal it, you would get better performance and reviews ya? who actually ok's this manual? Ridiculous. And to think I have been rejected for several technical writing positions, only to loose out to ding-dongs like the one who wrote this manual.

System will not fully lock. Remote is not 24.ft also remote quit working after about 1 hour of run time. Will never use anymore of their products because customer service was very rude.

works good easy to install but for my needs the battery cords could have been longer had to put the hardwire thru the passenger side but no real big issue, but would suggest buying the extension piece had to make one
