There is just the polymer sheet inside. Quality is the worst. This item cost 250 rs in SPAR in Bangalore. Don't buy, useless for sitting or sleeping

Good product and very good for back support
The quality is good and easily we can fold. It’s having very good back support. So you will not experience any back pain. It’s not very soft and good feel for sleeping. It will fit one adult
