Fabriano1264 Mixed Media Pad, 11 x 14, White

The paper is not suitable for watercolor only project , but it is perfect for ink and watercolor drawing! Surface is very acceptable of ink, pen, pencils, aquarelle... Loving it! Fabulous paper!

I used color makers, micro pens and color pencils. All are no problem. But, for watercolor, it is not a best choice because there are so many Fabriano watercolor papers. ( However, when you use watercolor pencils and spread colors by water, it has no problem at all and I use this paper for the way.

This is lighter weight and smoother than what I was expecting. It performs well but I miss the texture of most watercolor paper. It’s very nice if you want a smooth finish like for portraits of people.

I bought this as it was reommended by fellow artist. It is definitely worth the price. Stands up to mixed media well. Would recommend.
