I bought this from a review I watched on YouTube for glazing diamond art paintings. It's very very thick and goes on easy. However have to work fairly fast since it does dry quickly.I had contacted DecoArt to see if it was usable on tumblers and other drinking vessels (or other things that might come in contact with ingestibles,) they had said that it can be a great alternative to resin glaze but it is not food grade. Thus I did try on a tumbler I have that needed a glaze and I didn't want to purchase resin for one item. It went on like the diamond paintings but again have to work fast so that you don't get the dry patches. It dried completely with NO brush lines! I was amazed. I did have to mask the top 1/2 inch but that's not going to be a problem since there are no vinyls there that needed to be glazed. I also used it on my coffee travel mug which came out beautifully, again no brush lines! Would definitely recommend this over and over again! Now if they could come R&D one that is food grade!

Good product for diamond painting, goes on good, dries well, I’m happy with the product but took a long time to arrive, Time will tell.

I was desperate for a shiny topcoat for my tumblers that I have painted, oil, ink, acrylics for many embellishments. I used epoxy, until it made my eyes and lips swell and itch. Bought a full mask, coverall, tyvek sleeves. I was ready for a lab. It was cumbersome to work and vision not easy to work. This product is fabulous and easy with ONE coat. Others have been three to five. No tumbler needed. Lots of experiment needed

I am a fine artist who specializes in mixed media portraiture. I get good $ for my work and I work mostly in acrylic and pigment inks. To be frank, this cheap, dubious, goopy "stuff" is really fun to play with and incorporate into my pieces. I have used this to simulate resin, as a leveler on pre-treated painted paper collage, and even over a paint treated doorknob. This stuff dries clear and quickly. Be cautious and get to know its properties before you commit to using it in a final draft. This will dilute and cause bleeding on marks made with alcohol containing markers and loose chalk pastel dust will drift.

I have used this to seal alcohol ink painting on ceramic tiles and on a diamond painting. Both times it has been easy to use, dried quickly (overnight) and looks good. Very glad I found this product.

This product goes on easy, dries fats and provides a high gloss. Use it on ceramics and painted rocks as a good sealant.

Finished product looks nice. The only problem was that you had to work fast with product.
