In our house we take Elderberry when we are traveling. I also take it daily just as a Vitamin C and Zinc supplement to boost my immune system (as recommended by my Doctor). I do suggest talking with your own medical provider before starting any new supplements. The gel capsules are easy to swallow, have no discernable taste and I am satisfied that there are no "unexpected" ingredients.

Anytime I think that I may get sick or Something I take one of these and I woke up extremely better the next day and that comes from a fully grown adult that has an immune system of a child

This is a supplement that had everything we were looking for! I had severe allergies that was starting to feel like a bad cold and no allergy meds seemed to be helping.
