1/2X12 10 Piece Belt Pack (Silver 6000)

I am using these belts on my Work Sharp knife sharpener. They are a decent price but you get what you pay for. The joint area where the belt makes the circle is not nearly as precise as the original belts for my machine. Also the cut is straight across not on an angle. This causes them to have about 1/3 of the life in the finer belts starting at 800. By then your knife is relatively sharp and begins cutting the tape joining the piece together. This only happens when the belt is heading toward the cutting side of the blade, the left side, not the side that is traveling away from the blade, right side.

Used in Worksharp knife sharpener. Prices right, works as advertised. Plan on 6000 grit loading up and losing effectiveness faster than a coarser belt. Have extras on hand. Can be turned around to get extra life. 10 knives per belt max IMO

at first I was sent the belts for the ken Onion worksharp and gave a one star review...the vender promply sent me the correct belts..just got done using them for the first time,,,They do a great job and hold as well if not better than the OEM belts from Worksharp..Thank you for fixing this problem I will be back for more of these fine belts THANK YOU

The quality of the tape is very good, but its width should be more. The original tape is wider than 2.5 mm. I recommend this seller.

Did exactly what I hoped it would, sharpened my knives well.
