I love Tuya-brand smart cameras and this particular model is great to use outdoor even if run on Wi-Fi. If you already have an account with Tuya, installation is a breeze. Just log in to your account on your smartphone, add the device as "Smart Camera (Wi-Fi)", plug in and wait for a short greeting or prompt, then place your phone in front of the camera to scan the QR code, it should connect right away. The quality of the video is great, especially in color. You can also set to motion-detect and record each event. It also automatically turns on the light in the evening, thus I don't have to turn on my porch light anymore. My only challenge is its installation. I wished it has more flexibility to move the screw pad to I can install the camera in the angle I need to install it in. Also, instead of the extra cable adaptor for direct modem connection which is included in the unit, a much longer cable will be more usable especially for outdoor use. What I love about using one brand (Tuya in particular) is that I can monitor my houses in 9-channel view whenever I am out of town. The cameras also have an option to turn on/off the sound. However, the sound quality is not that great but still ok and usable especially if you need to make a 2-way conversation or just make a verbal warning to trespassers. Overall, this is a great camera, and I highly recommend its purchase.

I have been using this Security Camera from a few months now an having used a couple of other brands before, I can attest that this is the best I have used so far. It's extremely easy to set up, looks great indoors and transmits videos in crisp clear quality even during the night.We installed it in our primary home, so we had to switch off our motion detection, especially with our 2 year old running all around. The motion detection, while it was on, was quite responsive, smart and alert and I look forward to enabling it (with a hope that it doesn't trigger) when we have to leave the house eventually.Perhaps my only minor gripe with the camera is the limited 110 degrees field of view, but we mostly got around that by moving it in a strategic corner facing the entryway. I certainly wouldn't want to pay a hefty premium for that feature as this camera is priced perfectly to suit my needs.I love it so far, and would recommend this product.

For the price it works well, but to be honest would have loved to have the quality of the video to be a little sharper.Easy to unpack and operate, and definitely is affordable. I would recommend it for general surveillance, but if you are looking for something with a really sharp focus you might want to consider something with higher resolution.Love that it's small and easy to install. For my particular needs it works!

Bought this almost a year and a half ago, and it's still working well. I have bought two more of the solar ones by the same brand since this one is still going strong. I like having the TUYA app so I can watch multiple cameras on the screen at the same time and do a screen record of them all for ease of capturing multiple angles. I capture pics and video of the wildlife around my house, and can track when deliveries arrive. I don't use the 2 way voice feature, but it's cool if you need it. Night pics are ok.Just have to wipe the spider webs away every now and then cuz they set it off. It's fun to watch spiders build their web, but kind of annoying when the lens gets blocked or the motion keeps triggering it. haha.Overall, I would recommend this camera and their solar one. I just bought another one of their solar cameras cuz I liked it so much and it's more versatile. Don't have to run power cords to it like I did thru the attic for this one. This was a good price point for around forty bucks.

It worked good while it was working, but stopped working in under a week. The power box became black. Day vision is very good, night vision is okay. 2 way speaker is very good as well as the light.Since initial purchase… I have purchased 2 additional cords/power boxes so 3 total and but they all suffered the same fate. I would say its a indoor camera only.The third set was put in a waterproof outdoor area & still got water damage & broke making it inoperable. I wont be purchasing a 4th.Dont purchase in you live in the pacific northwest, the humidity, dampness will destroy it.Pros- Two-way speaker, clear image. Installation is easy.Cons- It does not last long. Not worth the price because of this.

2Mp Tuya Ptz camera. A good camera for a cheap price. Features are as good as other Eversecu cameras, 2way voice, motion detection, alarms and alerts, motion tracking, etc.I thought all Tuya Smart devices connected to Google or Alexa.... apparently NOT because these cameras do not show up in my Google home setting to be added or placed in rooms like my other Tuya cameras. All cameras can still be viewed at once from the Tuya smart app but can not be commanded to play or streamed by Google or Alexa assistants.It is what it is, if this is the item that you need, its a good choice.Thank you.

This camera is really good and according to its price, it seems durable. I have installed 2 cameras. One is in my backyard totally outdoor and another in the main lobby (indoor). It was very easy to install and it seems both are working as expected, it has been just 3 days since I installed them but the only thing I have notice is that the one in the main lobby sometimes has a delay on the video, I guess it is because the router providing wifi is not that close as it is to the camera in the backyard. I will share if anything happens but for now I am very happy and totally recommend this camera to anyone looking to install cameras outdoor.

Not sure what problems other reviews had, I had no trouble setting this up, was super easy. I recommend setting up the camera inside on your app before mounting it outside, and making sure you have good WiFi signal where you're mounting it. I use Smart Life app for a few other lights and plugs, this works perfectly with that app (same as Tuya). Motion detection works great, camera will follow you around. Can't beat it for the price. May pick up a couple more. Only complaint is that the screw holes are too close to the camera body to use a normal drill or driver (can't put the screws straight in), but this is a minor design issue.

That camera give a good picture and all functions work well. At first I thought it was great but il has a major flaw. The camera restart by itself for no apparent reason and doesn't keep it's set position when it restarts so you have to constantly check and correct the position. Don't buy .
