Works to remove glue from skin without harming the skin!
This worked to soften the surgical glue that was used on my husband’s incisions. I had tried everything and even urgent care said good luck. Unfortunately he was allergic to the glue. Skin became red, swollen, itchy and blisters. We were so excited to find this on Amazon. As soon as it was delivered we used this with success. Thank heavens ❤️

Worth the few more bucks due to its only presentation
I bought this product as a cheaper option per ounce than the skin version of GooGone brand, and is totally worth it!The use that I give to it is to remove my tattoo eyebrow stickers off of my face every night. It works without having to rub my skin much (as the GooGone brand does too). Has a lighter smell than the brand (assuming this is a genetic). And is way more affordable.Micro Scientific ‘goo gone topical and surface adhesive remover’ is $20.49 per 16oz.GooGone ‘bandage and adhesive remover for skin’ is $16.99 per 8oz only.Recommended!

Goo Gone adhesive remover
Removed skin adhesive completely with only 2 swipes, compared to other brands where I needed to almost scrub the adhesive off.

Goo Gone Follow up, Life hack.
I like this product, however the way it's packaged leaves it hard to apply to a CGM patch and leaves you with a messy bottle. I poured it into a mist bottle and clearly labeled it...........will follow up and let you know how it goes. 🤞🤞I also use children's body skin crayons to mark where to put Skin Tact adhesive for my CGM pcover patch. I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but it makes things easier for me and if someone else is helping me apply it on the back of my arm. The body crayons have an expiration date. Since I didn't think I'd use them all up, I took what I thought I'd need and gave the rest to my Endocrinology office for other patients to use. They are non-toxic and wipe off easily with an alcohol wipe.Goo Gone Medical Grade adhesive remover. FOLLOW UP.I read great reviews about this product, which is why I bought it. No matter how you package this product, or life hack you try, this product does not perform as I was lead to believe by the reviews. Live and learn. I believe that it matters what skin you were born with as to what product works for you.I am not impressed by this product. When bottle is empty, most likely will not purchase again.

I'm actually annoyed how well this works.I was diagnosed with diabetes 5 months ago and was lucky enough that my insurance (mostly) covers CGMs (Continuous Glucose Monitors.) If you're not sure what that means, its that little device that helps diabetics monitor their blood sugar levels without constantly pricking your finger. I apply a new one every 10 days and it stays on on my person attached with glorified medical tape. I also use a patch that's glorified sports tape/KT tape. However, after months of changing these things every 10 days, I had a lot the linty-sticky residue. Nothing I used (oil, alcohol, make up remover, micellar water, scrubs, etc) worked that well. Not without a lot of elbow grease and time. (And there was usually a little residue still left.) I will also note, I haven't had much of a reaction to the CGM tapes. I usually do get a little rash from bandage residue, but I haven't have much of an issue. So this is from someone that has (at worst) a VERY MILD reaction to adhesives. When you're wearing something that has a tiny tube sitting just beneath the skin, that gets old and uncomfy real fast scrubbing the surrounding skin.I decided to wait for this shipment to come in (just hours ago) before I insert my new CGM. I am going to wait until tomorrow since this is a slightly oily sensation left. It's not bad, but I know the adhesive won't last as well as it usually does. (I do have my glucose levels well under control, so that's no worries.)I kid you not....It took three cotton pads with the littlest amount of this solution and all the leftover stuff came off almost immediately. I'm annoyed how well it worked and how long it took me to finally make the purchase. This will last me for quite some time. (However I'm curious how well it'll help me when my tape in hair extensions decide to be stubborn coming out...) It has a light orange smell; definitely Goo Gone, but just lighter. It's not a super thick oily liquid like the normal stuff, it's like a lighter oil. My skin absorbed it pretty quick.Seriously, I'm so annoyed how well it worked, I had to hop back on my computer after calling it a day from work to write this. XD

Kind of oily, might be worth it for older patients
I’m diabetic and use a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM). The sensor is placed on my skin with adhesive designed to be waterproof and stay adhered to my skin for 10 days. There is also an outer patch that helps keep the sensor in place. The worst part of the process is removing the sensor. If I were older and had thin skin I’m sure my skin would tear. While this product does make it slightly easier to remove the patch and sensor, it seems oily and leaves a slimy mess. I don’t use it often because of the mess it leaves behind.
