The jaws on these are a little sloppy side-to-side; but are about average tightness in the other direction where it really matters. The handles are obviously short to fit in small spaces; so you'll need to slip a longer pipe over the handle for more leverage when needed. I haven't tried them yet on a really tough job; so I can't attest to their durability. I like the pointy ends for getting into tight spots.

Great wrench for the price! Easy enough to adjust, and feels solid. Plenty good for grilling some larger nuts or bolts.

Finally I have the right tool
No more struggling to find a cresent big enough for plumbing. Arrived next day. Great quality. Very pleased.

The Amazon Basics adjustable wrench surprised me in a good way. It feels solid in the hand, and the adjustment mechanism moves smoothly without slipping. I used it for a couple of plumbing fixes at home—tightening connections under the sink and adjusting a couple of fittings—and it handled everything without any wobble. The grip is comfortable, and the weight makes it feel like a real tool, not a cheap throwaway. The jaws stay aligned, which is important when you’re turning tougher bolts. I am a tradesman, so I know a thing or two about tools. This adjustable spanner is a decent tool and it is made very well. It is perfect for a tool tote, or small tool box in terms of size, and the grip seems to be good even in the wet. You can tell it will last a long time and for the money I paid, I'm very pleased indeed.
