Is the spout long enough for an undermount sink on Granite countertop? Dispensed soap does not trickle down from counter to sink, right?

From the center of the spout's vertical piece to where the soap comes out is about 3-3/8". The spout itself hangs over the drop-in sink about 1-3/4".

Does the dispenser move around once installed
