I work at my computer at least 8 hours per day, and I was getting headaches constantly during my work hours (and beyond). A friend told me about blue light filters and I ordered this for my monitor. It was delivered very quickly, packaged well, and it was very easy to install. The first hour that I worked with the filter on, I could feel a difference in my eyes, and my headaches have disappeared. For me, this product is absolutely superb. I read some of the reviews regarding reflection, and yes, the filter is more reflective than the monitor screen itself, but it was easy to adjust the tilt of the monitor so the reflection is almost unnoticeable. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to protect their eye health!

I purchased this item some time ago. It fits fine over my large monitor, but after having read many reviews online about the bogus ability for this screen to protect my vision, I am skeptical. Can anyone know for sure?

This item was SHINY. I was expecting it to be muted and reduce glare (as well as blue light?) but there was more glare than with my naked computer screen.

My eye doctor recommended that I get a blue light filter as I am working on a computer all day. After reviewing several different brands, I opted for this one. What a difference. Even after working a 12 hour day at a computer, my eyes are not fatigued. It simply lays over the top of your monitor. As said on other reviews, it is shiny, so a glare could happen if your back is to a window or other light source, so keep that in mind.
