Fully Satisfied
This product has given me amazing results when taken as directed. You can chose two times of the day for me it is breakfast and lunch 30 minutes prior and I use a1tsp of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 8ozs water. In the first week I saw a difference in my waist line and I wasn't even exercising. But now since I have incorporated a weekly exercise routine I have lost a total of 10lbs and the resutls are steady progressing. I hightly recommend this product it is natural and doesn't have any Side affects.

Less than expected.
Had such expectations. Might have helped somewhat, but this product did not rise up to all the hype this product has enjoyed.

Not For Me
I took this Garcinia Cambodia for the past two weeks. i started to develop a rash around my eyes about a week ago with taking only one capsule a day. I took two pills today, and the rash became worse. My eyes are swollen, and rash is red and itchy. It's obvious now that I cannot take this product due to allergies.

Bunk.
I've been using this product for a little over a week, and I'm experiencing no benefit to taking it. Garcinia Cambogina I've taken in the past has helped me greatly with energy and focus, and although this product states it will provide that, it does not. At all. Pretty disappointed in this brand so far.

I just started to use it. I will have to do an update later. They are easy to swallow and hasn't caused any digestion issues. Great price for two bottles and super fast shipment!

works when you follow directions..pretty soon you get in the habit of healthy foods and you lose..my experience at least 2 pounds lost every day to 2 days if i take the supplement as read and eat in moderation
