The machine is sturdy and has a unique design. There have been no issues using the same. The installation was easy and support team is very prompt.

I am a having nightmare with these powermax people.Display panel stopped working after 2 months. My hubby kept calling them but nobody bothered much. After I put a bad review one lady called me up and shouted at me in Hindi to take down the review. I argued that it was my money I won't take down the review unless I get the service. After that 2 Technicians came on call. They checked everything and said since there is warranty they will install a new panel. After 2 weeks just now someone from powermax called and said put oil then it will become ok and cut the call without even allowing me to speak It is so stupid. When those technicians came they put oil and checked but still it was not working. Now he is telling just put oil. The sound won't come. Do powermax people think that consumers are fools?????.... i still have warranty why cant you change the panel for me? I paid 67000 rupees of my hard earned money...... why cant powermax people be more courteous?

Won't recommend power max to anyone it's been more than a month they were to replace motor. Extremely poor customer service and worst thing is no one responds.

I really liked this product. Sturdy and very useful and as described. It is in use for over 18 months and continue to perform well
