This is my absolute favorite protein shake. It tastes great, and has 30g of protein, but only 1g of sugar. It doesn't suffer with a lack of sweetness though, the balance is good. The other great thing is that the cholesterol, which is high in a lot of protein supplement foods, is very low. It tastes great cold or warm, and is easy to drink, and filling. Recommend.
