This product is quality, durable, works to perfection and is a must have. I looked at all other Hydrogen Bottles on the Market and decided on this one because it has the Highest Hydrogen Content in the Water and the Quality of the product lasts. My dishwasher damaged one of the bottle seals and the supplier shipped me a replacement at no charge. There response to my messages was rapid and their customer service is the best i have experienced from any seller on Amazon. Can not recommend them highly enough. 10 OUT OF 10! Use this Product and this Supplier, you will not be disappointed. I have no affiliation at all with the supplier, but i will buy again from him. SIMPLY AWESOME!

After a lot of research in hydrogen water generation for personal use, this one is very nice. I am fortunate enough to have access to water testing equipment etc. and it lives up to what they claim it does. I would have liked to have given it a 5 star rating, but my only disappointment is that the bottle hold 8 ounces, so you find yourself having to refill it a LOT. Nevertheless, it’s worth checking into. I strongly recommend if you’re looking into purchasing any hydrogen water bottle, do some personal research on your own and ask questions before just buying one. If water purification and other water related products are the core source of their mission, then it’s a good bet you’re on the right track (I.E. one company that offers them at low cost on Amazon, sells flowers and home decor). So that old saying, “You get what you pay for”, most likely is truth.

I like the ease of use, portability & performance. It’s hard to tell but I feel do feel more energized. My digestive system feels much better. One thing I neglected to ask is if one can drink Hydrogen water with Rx. Alkaline water you cannot drink & take meds. Just curious if anyone else knows. I’m still getting use to it. I’m awaiting lab results to see if this does what it actually states. Time will tell. If I can come back after I receive results will see. So far so good but I believe it’ll take more time. Also if anyone else has a Level Up bottle, how many times of day do you. drink Hydrogen water? All the Level Up website reviews don’t give directions or state how much to drink daily before one see’s results. That’s the only thing I dislike.

I tried using it and the water tasted great. I needed to recharge this but it wouldn't charge. I am returning this . I am still looking for one that works.

We initially purchased an entry level unit from another company. It latest a short period of time and was returned. Then we decided to Level Up. We could tell the difference from the first time we used it. We used it regularly for about six weeks and then we experience a problem. We were not sure if it was a malfunction or user error. We contacted Wil at NV-17 and a replacement unit was sent free of charge immediately no questions asked. Even included a bonus gift !! Now we are using our new unit frequently with no issues. Battery life between charges is very good. I will say as a word of caution that when you charge your unit do not press the on button and if you do this by accident press again to turn it off or unplug the cord. It believe this is because the voltage from the charge line is greater than what comes from the battery unit. Enjoy !! DaveW13

My bottle works but even after 2 cycles it will not generate anything higher than 1800 ppb. Both cycles (~10 mins run time) typically generate about 1600ppb. Mine is nowhere near a 4000, nor meeting 2000ppb after 1 cycle. This is reviewed after about 1 week of use. I am doing a return/replace so we will see how the next performs. I am using RO filtered water that has single digit TDS reading. Just for comparison sake as well, the reading I get on the same water/amount when using a Quicksilver Scientific H2 dissolvable tablet is 1250ppb. So in all fairness its probably more economical for you to buy this bottle (even not performing to described standards) if you are going to do hydrogen water long term. I’ll update the review after I’ve run the new bottle

Ok I own there latest 2 bottles and This upgraded version will get the hydrogen count right around 1000 their other cheaper but still expensive bottle gets about 800. The thing with this one that's kind of a pain is it has to be wet constantly. They say it can not dry out at any point and even ships with a shot of water in it. It kind of feels like part time job trying to care for this... Leave old water in too long well that's a problem with smell, bacteria, and whatever else and if that happens they say you shouldn't use anything but water to clean it.... Let it dry out and we'll that's a problem too and your bottle will no longer perform as should. So I guess if your buying this be prepared to fit this in your regular routine somewhere. Also it is much smaller than there last version and the top opening to fill it is about the size of a pop bottle or Gatorade top which can be a pain to fill in certain situations. Sum it up, the bottle definitely produces hydrogen at a good level but be prepared for the specific maintenance required.

A dream of bubbles creating spaciousness and enlightenment - one pointed focus on the water element changing colors is a meditative reminder - as I’m a tibetan monk- will use this for hydration and reminders! Unit stays fresh even when sitting out for long time (should keep water in it) I’ve bought three - on one lost Cord and wasn’t charging so will who probobly is the owner or will be one day, replaced immediately. But got it working again with different usb c - excellent

Upon receiving the order, I discovered that there was no liquid in the orange plug, meaning the electrolysis cell was completely dry. On the third day of using the generator, it began to leak from a hole in the bottom. I don't recommend buying this product

Have had several other Hydrogen water units, but this is the best. Highest concentration. Had a slight problem with the tube. Customer service was extraordinary. Email back was very fast.When I didn’t reply back quickly, they phoned me. Representative was EXTREMELY helpful. Bought this unit to replace more expensive Hydrogen pills. Would very heartily recommend buying this product. If out of stock, go direct to Level Up Way.

Came in a sealed box but... There was water or some liquid in it when received. Although the manual says to leave a little water in it when not in use. Hope it was distilled water.

Doesn’t work at all. I had the water tested and it did absolutely nothing to the water. They also take their time with a refund have been waiting two weeks and still no refund. I definitely DO NOT recommend buying from this company,

J'ai décidé d'acheter les trucs pour tester le PPB de la bouteille et je me suis rendu compte que même après 2 cycles, j'était à 2400 PPB, nous sommes loin du 4000 PPB. J'essai maintenant de la retourner en-dedans du mois que nous avons pour le faire, mais il ne veullent pas me rembourser ... Je ne recommande pas du tout cette compagnie, encore moins cette bouteille.
