Delicious. Bright pink!I bought it to use as an additive/ supplement/ bit of color for chia seed pudding. However, I ended up using it as dye for a buttercream frosting (2tsp in a recipe of BCF).It was just gorgeous! Looked fabulous Looked fabulous with yellow, pink and blue sugars; white and pink pearls; rock candy; rainbow sprinkles; nonpareils. You name it!

Fantastic! Fresh, vibrant, clean dragon fruit in a powdered form! It just doesn't get better.... I went to purchase a red dragon fruit in my market last week and noticed on the label "IRRADIATED" !!! Wow. Impossible to find organic pitaya around here so I am so happy to have found this product. Oops, just noticed they are out of stock? Oh no! Hope it comes back soon. I want to order more. Looking forward to the many beautiful creations that this product will make happen. Vegan desserts! Oh yeah.

Love this product! I use it in smoothies, wellness lattes and vegan desserts. It's pure, delicious, and easy to use. Dissolves perfectly and gives the most brilliant pink color to everything. Pitaya is rich in magnesium, fiber and antioxididants, making it a nutritious (and beautiful!) addition to any recipe. Love!

Perfect substitute for not having fresh pink dragon fruit readily available. Tastes like fresh dragon fruit and a great additive in food/beverages. It also lasts a long time. Will definitely buy again

Great for my morning anti-cancer smoothies. Adds healthy sweetness and color. I might even try using a little powder for natural food colors in baking. I will purchase again.

I wrote a negative review much too soon. My order arrived defective but the seller was unaware that my product had been compromised. Once seller learned of my dilemma, they graciously apologized and gave me a refund. They also offered to replace my order. I highly recommend purchasing from Hybrid Herbs. I will order from them again with no hesitation.

The container is very small, the height and length of a cigarette lighter .The price for this dragon fruit powder is very high but fresh Dragon Fruit is very expensive, so it's understandableSmoothies will vary in color if you add dark color fruits and vegetables. If you want a bright pink smoothie only use banana and the Dragon fruit powder (Pitaya powder)Arrived in two days via Amazon Prime
