Work very well. Thin and strong enough. Easily peel off of frozen burger patties. I tried waxed paper and parchment paper, neither worked well.

Why in the world can’t you put a piece of tape on the box flap? I had a 1000 sheets floating around in the cardboard box should have taken video and send them back

I bought these for my wife a while ago. I don't remember why, but I know she liked them.

These are great for bulk shopping! Makes great wraps for burgers/bacon to name a few!

box broke open and was in bag with pencils that also broke open everything ripped up and destroyed

I use these as part of a task rotation on Conics in my AP Precalculus class. The students loved the visual demonstration of how to create a parabola.

I make my own 3 or 3.5 oz burgers. These are perfect and save me the onerous task of cutting wax paper squares!

"Pattie Sheets" of wax paper are simple. If the paper is weak or too thin, it rips. If it's not properly wax coated, it saturates with moisture, disintegrates, and causes problems if frozen.This package of 1000 5 inch square (12.5 cm x 12.5 cm) sheets has none of those problems. It's surprisingly strong, uniformly coated with wax, and doesn't "soak" or saturate even if frozen and thawed. It separates easily and is the perfect size for use with a "pattie press." I'm happy with this purchase. When I was growing up, we'd tear strips of wax paper off of the "Cut-Rite" wax paper rolls, and snip them in thirds. An entire roll of wax paper wouldn't make anywhere near 1000 sheets.I have only one complaint that prevents me giving this 5 stars. The box is terrible, badly made 'pretend' cardboard. Only reflexes and good luck prevented spreading all 1000 sheets of wax paper all over the kitchen when the (new) box simply fell apart when picked up. Why, I wonder, would the maker produce a quality product and put it in a box that falls apart at the seams? Luckily, I had an freezer container large enough to hold all 1000 sheets. This is a good product, and the price is about the best I've seen . But come on! A cardboard box isn't rocket science, but it stops me giving it 5 stars. The sheets are a good value, with good, consistent product quality, and have given good results.

The box I received was opened, ripped on all 4 corners, sheets falling out. Not sure if papers where discolored or come that color. My parnter was not pleased. Really not sure about using them!

This is advertised as 5 x 5 inch... the papers are larger. They are 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 - not a big deal, but definitely not accurate in description.
