Let me start off by saying my waist is 31” i weigh 179 lbs currently most of my weight is in my thighs but my gut is still a gut lol. i was doing my research for a whileeeee trying to decide which waist trainer to purchase off here . When i came across this one I knew it was gonna be great based off reviews but I was just so indecisive on the sizing especially having a short torso. I didn’t wanna go to my exact size cause I wanted to get my moneys worth and have it last with out having to buy a smaller size especially since this specific one doesn’t come with the extension like the other black one . So despite going with my measurements which would have been a M. I went with a S. It went on with ease just had to suck it in a bit but once i got it on it was perfect. Not too long no digging in the hips or back or anything. Quality is amazing ! Definitely comfortable enough to sleep in let alone work out in. So ladies get that smaller size if you feel like it’ll work for you. Fake it till you make it !

I have some pros and cons and advice about this product to anyone looking to buy. I bought the black 9 steel bones version. Im 5'8 athletic build and 150lbs mostly muscle, got this to work on creating an hour glass out of my A frame; Here's the scoopPros-1. Its amazing for back pain. The first day I wore it I could literally feel my spine straighten up. It let out the best pops in the right places. I never fancied myself a sloucher, but this thing made me realize my posture could be better.2. Its amazingly sturdy. Well built, great quality, and sleek design. It will keep you straight.3. It does its job. Suck in when you wear it, and feel the burn in your transverse abs all day.4. Its designed with tall people in mind. as I mentioned I am 5'8" and this trainer fit me perfectly in length. If your short, the black 9 steel might not be for you, unless you have a long torso, but if your tall, with a proportionate body, this will fit you perfectly.Cons-1. It fits smaller than small, larger than extra small, but smaller than small.2. Its made of latex, if your allergic to latex, or have sensitive skin to latex products, wear an undershirt. Like for real. Don't risk the red itchy lines, just wear an undershirt.3. This version does not come with an extender, so I had to buy one separately.Advice-1. buy an extender, buy 2 if your trying to work your way into a smaller size, without having to buy another trainer when you reach your goal.2. Put some sweet sweat on underneath, or tci gel, or whatever topical you got to heat those abs up!3. DO NOT sleep in your trainer, thats the fastest way to bend up your bones.Well, that's all. I hope yall give this product a try especially if your looking to train your waist or improve your posture. I personally think it was worth the 25$ spent! I would buy again if the need arose!

The media could not be loaded.  I have Purchased 7 waist trainers in Amazon in the last month. Buying , returning, exchanging etc. they all were too big or too small. Folding in the front or in the back, pushing my back fat in the back, or pushing my FUPA so my lower stomach would be popping out the waist trainer…right when I was going to give up in purchasing Amazon waist trainers i found this one!!!! And wow!!!! I love it! It’s perfect! It doesn’t fold AT ALL!!! It doesn’t push out my Fupa or back fat! It doesn’t even leave marks and I had it on for 12 hours!!! Like this is it! I’m 163lbs 5’4. I had lipo 360 4 months ago. My waist is “29 inches so i ordered a small and I’m already on the last clips. GET THIS!!!! Trust me from someone who bought 7 other ones and had to return them . On that pic I uploaded with a white T shirt I have it on, ITS NOT EVEN NOTICEABLE!!**UPDATE:: as much as i love it and wear it EVERYDAY it started to have these “folds” and started to leave markings on my skin. Other than this so far so good. I’m already on my last clasp on the Small but i think that’s cause with time this material stretches out. I just ordered the other one that’s breathable different material maybe not as stretchy and won’t have these folds. See pic !

I absolutely love this waist cincher and I'll never buy regular shapewear again. I have a 39 inch waist, and an XL fits perfectly on the tightest or second tightest row of hooks. I'm 5'9" and it fits me from just below the bra line (which is good-it doesn't interfere with underwires) to just touching my hip bones. I get one inch of reduction at the waist and several at the belly button. The fabric is a heavy polyester knit with maybe 5% stretch. It doesn't slide around at all (if it does, make sure you have it on tight enough), doesn't dig in anywhere, can't roll because of the steel bones, and it's perfectly smooth under my clothes. I can wear it comfortably all day at my desk job, and it's flexible enough that I can do housework in it. It feels like a firm hug all day long. I recommend wearing a tank top underneath, because it does get a little itchy by the end of the day if you don't. I want Kimikal to make an overbust version of this--I would buy the hell out if that.

Absolutely amazing I would buy this over and over and over again. I highly recommend it and have recommended it to my friends. I’ve tried so many waist trainers or body shapers and nothing has been as great as this one. It comes with hooks that are detachable so as you get smaller you can make it smaller to fit you better. It helps me set up more straight and it’s not hard to sleep in , It doesn’t crease or roll down. I honestly bought those not thinking it would work that well and I’m mad for buying all the other waist trainers and body shapers I should’ve just started with this one I would’ve saved a lot of money.10 out of 10It’s very sturdy yet flexible ,the material does not feel cheap , also with certain dresses or shirts or bodysuit you can’t see it at all.
