TracFone Samsung Galaxy A32 5G, 64GB, Black - Prepaid Smartphone (Locked)

Only down fall wouldn't work in Hong Kong it wasn't unlocked

IT IS VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MY NEW PHONE PURCHASED.I just purchased this Tracfone with a service plan only few months andVerizon acquired Tracfone and my new smartphone is locked by Verizonand after 5 days without phone service I contacted for support severaltimes, and their support representatives asked me to buy new phone andtheir new sim or old sim stopped working. When acquire Tracfone Verizonand the Tracfone should have solutions effectively ensuring to continue theircustomers' s phone services and make sure to help customers avoid difficultiesand not face so many terrible experiences and Cold, Carelessness of these 2companies. They should provide new sim which work or replace to new phone.Moreover, none of their representatives said will call back but never do.I plan to write 5 more review like this one to help people to avoid issuesif they still do not provide proper support.I hope people will not experience with what I experienced just now.Take care well you all.

The processing speed is much better than the previous Tracfones I have had including the A02. However I did have to call in the sim number to customer support to get it to work because it would not read my old Tracfone sim card. The only issue is with the service. I am still only getting one or two bars through Tracfone and I live and work around in a very populated area of the city. Other than that it is a great phone. I will update if it crashes or anything.

This phone kept falling off the network. I couldn't receive or make calls. One didn't even know it fell off until one would try to make a call and it wouldn't dial it. Everyone thought I was ignoring their calls. Text wouldn't come through while it was off the network as well. Also almost anything I tried to print with this phone, would block the printing job. I thought it was the printing service but when I tried to print the exact same document with the same service/plugin on the new phone it printed right off so it was the phone as well. I only had this phone for about 14 months and had nothing but trouble. I had to buy a new phone already and it's doing great so far. No falling off the network. That phone has some issues. I would not recommend anyone purchasing this exact phone.

Had the phone for about two-and-a-half weeks and it just stopped working. For some reason the phone is not charging neither will turn on. I am sending it back for a replacement. Will see what happens.

Had this model and liked it so I ordered a new one. But it seems to haver a mind of its' own. Not that happy with this one. Happy with seller but not the phone.
