Landmines change the game!
I have really bad hips and when my husband wanted to get this attachment I was underwhelmed until I used this and now I will never go back. This is my preferred workout...Landmine exercises. I have VERY small hands but this attachment is perfect for women and men. Highly recommend to anyone who weight trains. There are so many exercises for this attachment. Squats, RDL, overhead press, oblique exercises. This was a game changer for our home gym. You can also adjust the dial to any sized bar which is pretty great!

Difficult to assemble
Everything is fine quality wise, but it is ridiculously hard to put together. Doesn’t come with any even minor tools and is a real pain to screw everything in.
