Perfect for Sourdough Loaves
I love using this for my sourdough loaves. It’s so convenient to have pre shredded lemon shavings ready to use & they actually have good lemony taste! The quality of the lemon shavings is perfect & I’ve purchased this item multiple times now.I normally can get about 8-10 whole loaves filled with lemon shavings, so the size of the bag is perfect!

Smells and tastes like Perfume!
Not sure what the lemon peel was stored with, but it tastes and smells like perfume as if it was stored with laundry detergent or a perfume. It’s not useable and since it isn’t returnable I’m going to have to throw it away. Do not buy.

Great for baking
This works very well when baking. It saves lots of time since do not have to zest fresh lemons (or oranges) and provides desired taste in baked goods. I have recommended to friends who are now using it as well.
