The fur on the hood...doesn't fit properly..the button's on the hood don't line up properly. So I won't be putting it on..apart from theat the coat is lovely..

Absolutely love this coat got them last year for my girls in the blue, my girl's loved them so much they actually asked me to buy them again, amazing quality, keeps them lovely and warm, they are waterproof, we get so many compliments on them everywhere we go.My only gripes are that the fur is not big thick and luxurious like in the videos which is really disappointing as that is the reason I bought the coat initially and that it doesn't come in younger sizes for my toddler, other than those two minor things this is an amazing coat and would highly recommend

My granddaughter loved the coat as soon as it arrived! She chose it then forgot about it so when it arrived she was over the moon. Its a cheerful bright pink colour with a metallic sheen on it. She loves wearing it to school.. it's warm and comfy. We found pair of Sketchers trainers in simulated colour. Pleased with it !!!

My daughter loves this coat! It's lovely and thick, it's super warm, has deep pockets, it's long, the backpack straps are awesome for when she wants to take it off and make me carry it!

I'm disgusted with this coat!My daughter has been so excited waiting on it. It arrived this morning, 1st of all rolled up in a ball the size of a watermelon, so that'll be fun getting the creases out!!The hood is NOTHING like the photo! Which is one of the reasons I bought it for her! It's way thinner than what's advertised in the photo!Flimsy and crap!Sellers shouldn't be allowed get away with this! Keep your money and get what you pay for in the like of H&M / Next or even Penneys/Primark would be better value for money!Absolute robbery and FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!

I ordered a blue one last year and so as my daughter and me were very happy with it. The blue one would last another year probably but ordered a pink one this year as I wanted it longer. So as last year I bought it bigger also this time as I wanted it a little bit below the knee. My daughter is 7 and ordered a size for 9-10 yo if I remember well.It’s very warm, water proof and comfy. Last year we walked in rain many many times for a long time and it never got soaked through the material so it was an amazing surprise. That is why I never had to think long of what jacket to order this year, had to buy the same just in a different colour. Next year I am going to order a white one.

The coat took a whole to come and when I took it out of the bag then tried to put on the fur 2 buttons came off . I was going to send it back but school kicked in so couldn't. It's alot of money so was very disappointed but sowed back on and nothing has happened as of yet. Looks lush on perfect fit to size, colour is amazing
