Blonde Espresso Substitute
I’ve spent a long time looking for a substitute to the Starbucks Blonde Espresso beans for my own espresso machine. Jim’s Organic is just about perfect as a replacement—it has a similar flavor profile, and this blend has a mix of light and medium roasted beans just like Starbucks uses (I’ve used the Starbucks Blonde Espresso beans before and they look the same). These just have the added bonuses of being an independent business and being organic! Great coffee, it’s become my staple.

Excellent flavor
I was very pleasantly surprised at how delicious this coffee is. I use it in my grinder for my coffee and it's not bitter tasting it's fabulous

After dragging out an heirloom coffee grinder, to grind it. I must admit, this was probably some of the best coffee I've ever had and I don't like most coffees, I just drink a cup on the way to work! Bought it for my wife for her bday. The Maxwell house is on hold for now! She loves it!

Price Increased Too Much
I normally would give this coffee 5 stars, but with in the past 2-3 years, this coffee’s price increased by $20-$30. I switched coffees since at this rate it will eventually become $80, $90, … No thanks.

Smoothest coffee with flavor!
I bought the whole beans, ground them last night and tried my first pot this morning. This is now my new favorite coffee. Never tasted a smoother yet flavorful coffee and I think this may help my acid-reflux. I will post an update later on that after several days of use. Update 10/13 - after 6 days of use I can report less symptom of GERD (acid-reflux). Still taking my meds so the combo seems to be making a difference. I’ve ordered and received another bag!

Great tasting coffee
Love the taste of Jim's coffee's...but bought whole beans instead of ground LOL. Luckily I have a grinder, so no problem.
