Brazil Nuts (One Pound Bag)

Good to eat any way.

Whole nuts, few broken, good quality

these nuts are terrible. they are dry and tasteless, even found some that were so hard you couldn't eat them. fed them to my dog

I will never order these nuts again, but I thought a 1-star rating would be too brutal. Anyway, it has been many years since I have eaten Brazil nuts, so maybe the problem is with Brazil nuts in general rather than this particular brand of Brazil nuts. Anyway, whether the problem is with Brazil nuts or Baysidecandy.com Brazil nuts, the deficiencies I found were as follows:1. Too dry2. Little flavor3. No salt...Oh, so that's the problem. I just looked at the package, and it says, RAW UNSALTED. So it's my fault. Maybe this is how raw unsalted Brazil nuts are supposed to taste. Fair enough, but if I should rate this as FOOD, my three deficiencies would be the same.One plus for these nuts is that they're so filling. If they were peanuts or cashews, I be wouldn't able to stop until the package was empty, but with these nuts, just a few of them is quite sufficient.To be fair to Brazil nuts, I'm going to order some more but of the SALTED variety.ADDENDUM: Well, I have now ordered and received some roasted and salted Brazil nuts, and I now know that I won't be buying any more Brazil nuts, salted or unsalted. They were better; I expected that, but I've now confirmed to myself that Brazil nuts of any description just don't rank among all the other available nuts in flavor. However, if you like bland foods, they might be right for you.

Even living in NYC I found Brazil nuts so hard to find.These are so fresh and delicious. I'm tickled.

I like brazil nuts more than I thought the flavor is fresh but it is kind of heavy for late night snaking
