Excellent quality and great design
I'm not a racer but I walk a lot and bike. I'm somewhat obsessed with trying out different waist packs, shoulder bags, backpacks, and even chest packs, depending on the situation. So I cannot speak for this waist pack's usefulness to racers, but in general it compares very favorably to other packs I own.The 1 1/2 inch belt is about the ideal width in my view, and the stretchiness of this particular belt is about perfect. It pulls itself snug without ever feeling constrictive. I suspect it will lose some stretch over time as these belts tend to, but with dual adjusting buckles if that happens it will be easy enough to snug it back up.The closure buckle and 2 adjusting buckles are of nice, high quality, durable plastic. The pouch has a smooth zipper and expanding capacity that will expand to handle the basic needs of phone, ID cards/cash, and keys. Keys may in some cases be clippable to the gel loops and then tucked behind the belt to not jangle around. Some larger smart phones may take up pretty much the whole pouch. A second pouch, even a small one, would have been nice. But you do get the gel loops which can be used to hold whatever, such as a roll of poop bags. For walking this pack indeed does not bounce much though I tested it not loaded down too heavily. I think if you put much weight in any pack of this size and then jog you are going to get some degree of bouncing problem. This pack is ambiguous as far as upside down is the same as right side up (kind of a physical pallendrome?) I wear it upside down so the little cords for racing numbers can be tucked behind the belt rather than dangle. This works great for non racing and doesn't affect the pouch since the zipper is in the center. The materials and construction are high quality. At currently a very low price of five dollars this product easily earns five stars from me. I would have expected it to cost 2-3 times as much.

Nice running belt to hold your ID, phone, keys, etc.
Adjustable running belt arrives in plain plastic bag and looks exactly like bag in item description (pics #1 & #2). Bag is approximately 9 inches in length as seen pic #3. I was able to put my Galaxy A23 phone in the pouch and that was about it, it was extremely tight but I was able to get it zippered (see pic #4). There are elastic loops used to hold little energy drinks, etc, on each side of the pouch. I placed pepper spray for demonstration purposes in the holder as seen in pic #5. The stitching appears to be durable as you can see in pics #6 & #7. The only con i found was the part that locks the bag around your waist. In pic #8, with just a little pressure, you can see how thin the piece is as it bends in. In pic #9, i used the flash to light up the reflective part and it is reflective. Overall, it's lightweight, and adjusts to your waist size. My daughter just completed a 5 mile run with it and had no complaints at all.

Snug fitting and works perfect!
I was looking for a running belt for my 12 year old daughter and came across this one. She has a larger size belt pouch, which holds more, but is cumbersome to run in. I was basically looking for something that would stay close to the body and not bounce around at all. Thankfully this one did the trick!I have to say when I first opened this I thought what in the world did I get? There's no way a phone is going to fit in this, a set of car keys barely fits in it! Surprisingly this stretches like crazy and fits my daughters larger phone. The inside of the pouch is a stretchy rubber to keep your phone clean and dry from rain/water and sweat. It wasn't the easiest getting the phone in the pouch but it did fit and the zipper doesn't seem stressed at all. The pouch is not bulky and cumbersome and fits snug to the body. The waist belt is heavy duty and has a nice buckle. My daughter doesn't like the belt against her body because the belt is a little scratchy but it's comfortable over top of a t shirt. This seems to be a great running belt, I'm just hoping the zipper lasts over time with having to stretch the pouch so much to get it in.

Like the concept, afraid the elastic band will wear/stretch
For context, I am a runner turned triathlete. I have had my share of fuel belts, running belts and bib belts. This is my first running belt (gear), fuel (not liquid) and bib combo.I like that it has spots to hold fuel (GU, Bloks, etc.)The zipped storage compartment is plenty big to hold more, a phone, etc.The zipper seems pretty solid and I like the reflective strips. The actual zipper pull is pretty small though. I'm not quite sure how I feel about that yet. I don't like big pulls that flop around while running. However, too small makes it hard to easily grab and open/close on the go. This might be a bit subjective, but I feel like i have pretty small hands and it is small for me, so I think bigger hands might fumble with this small zipper. My biggest concern with this is the elastic. It feels very thin and very stretchy. My experience with that feeling previously with other products means they move/stretch very easily. Time will tell to confirm. If I am pleasantly surprised, I will update this review. (I will update this review if anything bad, or good, come up with durability and quality).

Comfortable and functional
The pouch looks a tad small when you first look at it, but it's designed in a sort of accordion style that expands (can easily hold a cell phone). The bib holder makes weekend racing a lot simpler, since there's no need to pin the bib using safety pins. Also has loops for gels. The belt itself is a soft material, slightly stretchy but not too elastic. It's quite comfortable.

Works as expected!
Happy to recommend this running belt. I like the it has all the basics for any runner participating in an event. The elastic is wide, making it less likely to dig into the skin and supports the bag section better. The gel holders are conveniently placed to allow for easy access. There’s 4 of those, and that’s enough for a full marathon’s supply. The pouch allows for basic items and is appropriately sized. The bib holders work great. Priced competitively! No reason to not get this one.
