Nutricost Glycine Powder 1lb - Non-GMO, Gluten Free

Glycine can help some people fall asleep faster and get better sleep due to its mild calming effects. I do think it works for me, but I haven't been able to prove it yet. The taste is somewhat like L-Theanine but much sweeter and less umami, which is difficult to really explain. The texture is similar to beta-alanine, if anyone is familiar with that. This can be a useful ingredient in a sleep stack. 5 stars because the product is exactly as described. I will probably buy it again as I'm trying to rely on natural products to help me sleep.

Helps my sleep!

Love this supplement - I put it in my coffee in the morning - no taste just a hint of sweetness. I also put it in a little water before I go to bed - I find it helps me sleep.

I started taking this product to support collagen and also muscle growth. The product itself contains one ingredient, the ingredient I actually need. It is naturally sweet so can be added to any beverage. I add it to my morning smoothies along with my collagen powder. So far I am liking it.

Taken regularly I notice I go into a deeper undisturbed sleep

Good quality and dissolves well

I've used the Nutricost Glycine Powder before and was pleased with it. I use a teaspoon full in my morning coffee in lieu of sugar. Also use it in fruit protein smoothies. Not quite as sweet but healthier than sugar or any of the chemical sugar substitutes. This 1 lb container is a good buy, price wise. It's cheaper than I can find in any of my local vitamins & health food stores. I've ordered it twice and both times, it shipped timely and arrived in good condition. No complaints here.
