Hat for adults, but fits a 10 y/o’s head when tightened maximally. The tightening strap doesn’t hang down, but tucks inside the rim of the hat, which is a nice feature, makes it look neater in back. Material is soft 100% cotton, rather than the typical poly blend that is rougher... not sure if this means it’s less tough, but it certainly is quite comfortable. The royal blue color is fairly bright, Amazon’s photo gives a good representation of it.

This hat met all of my expectations. Quality appears good and color and style were as I wanted. The price is great! try finding a good quality hat in any store for this price. Great cjhoice of colors available, too.
