Update #2: Today it broke, I had it less than a year and the piece that moves the ice into the bucket broke on one side. It won't fully clear now, it always thinks the ice is full and won't make any more ice until I clear it. I will be buying a different machine soon. Update: I’ve had the machine for about seven weeks now, I still love it, but it is only making the large ice pieces. We have turned it off and reset it to the small setting but still only get the larger pieces. Good little machine, received it in a Friday evening and by Sunday morning I had a full bag of ice. It’s very quiet, you hardly hear it filling or dumping. I use filtered water in it since water out of my tap doesn’t taste good, and the ice has no taste unlike the ice out of my freezer’s ice maker.

Easy to set up takes up little space and makes ice fast

This icemaker is great, makes ice pretty quick, but once it's made, either use it, or get it bagged and in the freezer! I think most are like that from reviews I have read on other products like this. It's not that noisy, but the noise it does make is minimal. I haven't cleaned it yet, but the instructions seem easy. I'm happy with the price I paid and think it's well worth it.

Great idea, but doesn't work. Unplugged the machine, used trouble shooting tips, reset it twice, and let it sit 5 hours after delivery before I started it up. Only 1 of the pegs kept making a incomplete ice cube🫣 I was super excited because a special family member and I were planning on buying ourselves each 1 machine. That family member passed this past week, and I had decided to get 1 for us both. But it didn't work, so I might try a different brand. But I must say the machine itself (appearance) was really nice, clean, space efficient, and not too heavy!

This is a great ice maker. I've been testing it almost everyday for several weeks now and it's been consistent. According to the product specifications, it can make two different sizes. I haven't try making the smaller size. It's set on mine to make large ice as a default. It's slow at first and make smaller ice the first few batches that comes out. Once it's all warmed up, larger and more solid ice will start coming out consistently. As far as cleaning, I haven't had any issues yet but I can tell that built up will happen over time. It might be very difficult to clean certain parts of the machine. It takes longer for built up for me since I only use filtered water. It's not very noisy at all. Although it's larger and heavier than I thought, it fits my counter just fine. I don't know how much power it draws since I no longer have my solar generator. It does the job and affordable compared to other machines. I'm most likely not going to do an update for this unless it stops working or if problem(s) start occurring before the end of the first year. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with the product.

Works as expected., 2 weeks in. The larger size “bullet” shaped cubes work well to ice down a drink. If you make several batches at once, utilizing the full water capacity, some on the bottom will melt and refreeze inyo a mass. Easily solved with an ice mallet yo break it up. Rather than replace a 15 year old fridge that’s working great except for the ice maker, this appliance was affordable and efficient.

We love our ice! Specifically, Sonic Ice. However, we bought this with hopes of it making the smaller, tiny, Sonic pellet ice, and that it did not. What it does do is exactly what it says it does, which is make two sizes of ice, small and large. It does that extremely well. I believe this machine to operate rather quietly. The only thing you hear is when it is dropping ice into the container, which I love because I like to know when my ice is done. Reason being, when the container is full, the machine will automatically stop producing until its emptied. It hasn't disappointed us even once. For that reason, it's a 5 star 🌟 purchase.
