Delicious, buuut...
I ordered 2 jars and one was super mushy. The flavor was off as well.The other jar was perfect though. Crunchy, spicy, and just so, SO perfect. I'll try buying again. If both jars are crunchy and good I think this one will be my go-to for hot pickled cauliflower. If not I may have to find a different brand

Jarred hot cauliflower.
I felt two weeks is very slow delivery. Opened a jar and the cauliflower were mushy. Have not opened the others. I have always purchased this brand and was disappointed with this order.
