I opened the bottle right when I got it and took one but before I ate one I smelt the bottle to see what kind of taste I was up for. It smelt like garbage (ofc like apple cider vinegar) but the taste is really good! You should 100% be drinking water with it (unless I was just dehydrated to begin with) but I forgot to drink water and took a nap holy heck man it felt like my mouth was a desert. Now on to the weight loss; it does help with keep appetite down tho I will say if you think about food enough you’ll want to keep eating. At least for me. I will be buying these again when I run out.😁

I really do believe these have helped me curve my appetite & lose weight, personally, I lost 10lbs while taking them in one month & then in one month while i had stopped i gained the weight back, and started losing weight again while taking them so i will keep these

I just started taking these, but read some good things about them so I figured I would give them a try. I don't know if they are helping my metabolism, but they are delicious.

Firstly, the gummy’s are working fine for me. What I do with mine is I do a meal once day and I’m drinking water for the rest of the day and I’m actively walking so I feel like if you guys are just taking the pills and expect for a change to happen Then of course you’re not gonna see results but if you’re moving around the house and like actually actively walking or exercising you guys would see your change in your body. These pills are for a detox not for you just to take it and expect no appetite. That’s not how that works But the gummies are really good though.
