Works well, runs through a full tank in 4-5 hours as expected, but it's loud. Started off loud, still loud. Didn't matter when it was summer and the fan was on, but now, winter, it's a little annoying. Not like 787 at takeoff loud, but "kinda bugs me at midnight when I am trying to sleep" loud.Update: still 3 stars but this seller has been truly superb in communicating their desire to make this right. I have received 2 emails (to my email and via Amazon. Need to remember that I can't respond to my email, but have to go to my amazon account to respond to these) from a rep - a first contact and a follow up. GREAT work on behalf of the seller. They have offered to replace the unit without me beeding to return it, which is well above my expectations.We'll see how this goes and I will maybe update again.FINAL UPDATE: All right, I love these guys.I was offered a replacement unit, and told to keep the one I had. I didn't ask for this, they offered. Shortly after the rep sent a link to a replacement and a message saying "how about this one?" It was the larger, 300ml version. It was on sale, sure, but a very generous offer and I accepted. It got here in 2 days and is currently *quietly* buzzing and diffusing away, and has been for about 7 hours (huge tank by comparison).Here's the abridged version::- The unit I bought was noisy but worked fine. My original review was honest - it was just loud enough to be annoying.- VictSing saw the review, offered, then sent a me bigger unit as a replacement and asked me to see if it was better.- It's better.I have to return the favor. I am taking this review from 3 stars to 5. These guys are doing things most online sellers don't do, and I am completely satisfied with this new unit.End result: old unit is likely faulty, replacement is superb, and I will buy from these guys again and recommend them to others.

I'm in love with this little thing! It's super quiet, so I am able to have one on my desk for when I study and one next to my bed for when I sleep. The design is visually appealing to me as well. The steam is cold and offers a refreshing feeling when combined with essential oils. It is about the size of a large grapefruit, which I find to be a great since I can put it anywhere I am. Granted, that's not necessary since one is enough to fill my entire living room (~ 250 square feet) with scent with just 5-7 drops of essential oil.Some Precautions:- You should also align the air outlet area on the bottom part with the little projection on the top part. I don't have any leaking when I do that, even when I move it around on my table/floor or when I lift the lid.- Don't refill the water or lift the lid while it's on. It's not good for the diffuser and it causes splashes.- Make sure you buy 100% pure, water soluble essential oils when using any diffuser. (I use the essential oils from Healing Solutions)I do see some reviews saying that it stopped working after a few months, so I'll update if it does, even with these precautions + cleaning.For those of you who are looking for some essential oil combinations, here are two of my favorite combinations/blends/recipes that I use, both of which are 7 drops total:- Lavender (3 drops) + Frankincense (3 drops) + Cedarwood (1 drop) - for relaxation- Rosemary (4 drops) + Peppermint (2 drops) + Holy Basil/Tulsi/French Basil oil (1 drop) - for focus and energy

I had originally ordered this 150 ml diffuser. Upon receiving it I was a little surprised at the size I expected it to be larger. But I used it I fell in love with it. I like the dark stain color and the preset light options. However I did receive a 300ml diffuser in a light wood color. I do highly recommend ordering the 300 ml. It can hold more therefore lasting longer. The 300ml diffuser also came with a water measuring cup. Overall I really do recommend this brand of diffuser. The product works fantastic and if you have any problems their customer service is fantastic as well.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is much smaller than I expected but if I was better with measurements that wouldn't have been an issue. It is a plastic material, fake wood grain but I don't mind that at all. If you use the 1 or 3 hr shutoff timer, it doesn't turn off the colored light. If you use the solid on feature it seems to turn off the light with the diffuser when the water runs out. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Kind of confusing to me but not a biggie.

Make sure it’s somewhere sturdy away from pets or kids getting caught up on the cord because the top isn’t connected and it could be easily knocked over.
