Looks great
The trellis is made of heavy steel. I put it together by myself and could have used a second pair of hands because it is heavy. It is very functional. I've woven a climbing vine through the spaces. I have gotten many good complements on the trellis. It looks very nice in the yard.

Nice but Expensive
Good quality, metal with a nice hammer finish. I like that the post behaves like a hinge, so when it is angled, the trellis is very stable. One complaint I have is that the part that goes in the soil is way too short. I ended up buying 1/2" iron pipes, which I hammered into the solid, and then put the trellis legs into the pipes. For this price, the manufacturer should have provided spikes to install the trellis.Looks great, but I find the price too high.

Sturdy!
This was easy to assemble, it's heavy and well made. I was skeptical of how it would stand up in the ground but it's been there 8 months through wind, rain and even snow. It held and did not sway or move an inch with my MONSTER MORNING GLORY!! I would definitely recommend !!!!

High Quality, Beautiful Ironwork
This is true craftsmanship. The trellis is beautiful, so sturdy and came packed very well. It's so heavy, I could do curls with the 5 lb finial. Very easy assembly. The seller included a lovely note in the box that included his name and cell phone number in case there were any issues. Who does that? Great customer service. I sent him a thank you text just to let him know how pleased we were with the trellis. Too late in the season to plant the morning glories, but I cannot wait until spring!

Beautifully finished, versatile garden trellis
This piece is indeed very heavy and should stand the test of time. The first thing I noticed was how extremely well packaged it was in both shrink wrap and bubble wrap. The manufacturer took great care to protect the finish, which was remarkably more attractive than the online photo alluded to. It took two people to put it together due to weight alone but the dual pin mechanism was simple. Be aware there is a top and bottom to the center pole though it's not obvious at first. If it's upside down you'll find you're trying to dig a hole for that post to get the unit to sink in the ground! Upon righting it the finial will go on flush though you may have to do a bit of wrestling here for the perfect flush fit. The finial is incredibly heavy by itself. One surprise I had was that when sunk in the ground, finial and all, the unit was only 68" high, and visually no more than 60" due to the arch. This puts it about a foot or so below where our one story gutter curves down before it lies straight along the wall. We were trying to hide that so it does a little less than I had hoped. I did not account for how much of the unit's height would be in the ground; the photo showing it in a large expanse of lawn makes it seem much larger than actual size, both vertically and horizontally. I have mine on an outside house corner and at an obtuse angle so it's quite flexible.
