It's a cable, it does cable things
I have 6 ft of USB A 3.0 to Micro B 3.0, it gets the job done. It feels like any other cable, your standard plastic ends and plastic sheath. It's lasted. Not much to say, not much to complain. It just works, all I could ask for.

15ft Cable works with Telescope camera. Good Quality
15ft cable worked with my telescope cam (NexImage10), with no issues, worked the same as my 10ft cable. Quality seems good.

Works perfectly.
I own a brother 1250 scanner, and recently when I changed my router, I also changed my Wi-Fi name and password. Because this scanner has such a clunky and low quality interface, it is now impossible for me to connect to a wirelessly. Fortunately, it has a USB port to connect to it directly. Unfortunately, it is a micro B port, for which cables are difficult to find these days. I am glad that Amazon carried this cable, as without it, I would’ve had to throw away the entire scanner, and tented, as I am, there is no reason to throw away a perfectly functioning device, simply because one of its less important features ceases to function. Decent document scanners are expensive, so as long as this one keeps working, I will do all I can to avoid having to buy a new one. This cable is long enough at 6 feet, and it seems durable and well built. All in all, I am very satisfied with it.

It's nice to get what you pay for...
I loved the flexibility of this long cable, and it worked perfectly for the first 6 months I had it. And then it died. Now, electronic products can fail - even from major manufacturers. I received a new Dell laptop this year that never did boot without freezing - right from the box. And I learned from that situation that while a product's reliability is important, a company's customer service ethic is even *more* important. How do they treat the customer, especially after the sale when they already have your money? After spending a total of 4 1/2 hrs. on hold over 2 phone calls to Dell to get a RMA to return their defective laptop, and waiting 5 months after I shipped it back for my refund, it was clear Dell didn't care much about me as a customer. So I had no idea what to expect from Cable Matters when I wrote that my cable had stopped working. I can tell you I was both surprised and delighted to receive a response later that same day. They apologized for the inconvenience and immediately shipped me another, at no cost to me. The replacement is working great and I couldn't be happier. It's clear to me Cable Matters cares about its customers and stands behind its products. The company makes sure their customers get what they pay for. Talk about no risk and no aggravation! Lol, Dell could learn a thing or two about customer service from them. Thanks guys.

A "little" too stiff ...
First & Foremost - Cable Matters make GREAT Cables ... never ... ever had any issues with any of the many cables I've purchased from Cable Matters - thus - this cable is no different. It's extremely well made - ends are perfectly molded - jacket is great - a little to "great" - it's stiff. Which maybe fine - but - I was kinda/sorta hoping for a software cable which would be easier to handle/lay. In my case - I'm using this cable with a UGreen AX1800 WiFi adapter - the default cable which comes with AX1800 is about 18" - which in my case is way short. This cable will allow me to get the AX1800 higher onto my shelfs which are above my work desk. Bottom line - great cable - just a little stiff for my taste.

Sturdy with Consistent Performance
I have upgraded several computers over the years, and usually buy enclosures to convert the old hard drives to portable ones. When I upgraded to a new desktop a new desktop a few months ago, I decided to replace my older portable enclosures with newer USB 3.0 ones, in order to take advantage of the computer's 3 USB 3.0 ports. As usual, the cables that came with them were very short, and had transfer speeds that didn't even come close to those advertised. Pros: -Made by Cable Matters: In my experience, their cables are inexpensive and they stand by their products. -Solid construction and connection: These cables are sturdy throughout, especially where the cable meets the connectors. A lot of other cables are severely lacking in this area. -Performance: The length is as advertised. The cable has never been finicky, and has remained connected, even when the female connection to an external hard drive, for example,is weak. I've never gotten 5Gbps, but that's most likely because of my hard drives rather than the cable. I average 3.5-3.7Gbps. -Packaging: This may seem insignificant to a lot of people, but one of the reasons I love Cable Matters products, is because they come packaged in a sturdy, reusable zipping bag that is great for transporting and storing when not in use. Cons: -The only slight con I can think of is that flexibility has been sacrificed for durability. It maintains it's shape and natural curve, and as a result, is not easy to stuff in tight spots like a case or bag. That's not how I operate, but for those who are constantly "on-the-go," it might be a consideration.

Work really well as replacement connectors for portable hard drives
Really function well. Buy a bunch if you have portable hard drives as they can easily get lost from the in and out of daily use of laptop add ons. And these are perfect for that.

Great OEM Replacement
I purchased this to replace my misplaced cord for my external SSD. It worked as functioned with what seemed to be the same transfer rate and seemed to be the same quality wise. If I lose this one, I'll purchase another!

Buena calidad y rapidez de conexión

La vitesse de transfert est très rapide (L'USB 3.0 se fait ressentir). Très bien, très bonne qualité. Il faut juste savoir que le câble est assez épais et rigide.
