This boosts my focus, mood and energy levels. It does a good job. It's not as mind-blowing as another product I've tried, but this one is decent and close enough.

Good supplement
I feel like since I started using this product, I have experienced an increased ability to focus (I'm a researcher, so this is important); I also feel like I have more energy. I have been taking two pills a day for about 2 months. I have not experienced any adverse side effects. This boosts my focus, mood and energy levels. It does a good job. It's not as mind-blowing as another product I've tried, but this one is decent and close enough. Also, at $17 for 200 capsules, this is a great buy.

Pros:- easy to take- good benefits- no aftertaste or smell- veggie capsules/ vegan- only have to take 2 for high dose or you could take 1 for lower doseCons:- only side effect I experienced so far is dry mouth
