This book has touched me in every way possible, I lost my man 1year ago and 1 week ago lost my dad also. I am totally lost and reading this has helped me immensely

I was advised to buy the first of Ruby’s books Dear Self by a dear friend who knew I would be if it from Ruby’s wise words and I now have all her books and this one doesn’t disappoint. If you are struggling with a break up, have lost yourself along the way and just need words to help soothe when you feel awful, this book will help put things into perspective and help you see a little clearly. Highly recommended

I’ve read 3 of Rubys books now and this is my favourite, real raw experiences from Rubys life and how she has dealt with and got over emotional pain, losing people and cutting attachments, very helpful for anyone struggling to let go or being stuck in ruminating thoughts l am going to read this a few times as it is very healing x
