I bought a couple from the Philippines from a well knowned pharmacy the same King’s Herbal, but somehow the taste is different when i bought it here in Amazon, why’s that? Is this really authentic from Rey Herrera? How do I know this is the real thing?

It was not ad it was advertise. The adds says it can cure pain i almost finish the bottle & no improvement on the pain on my knee & back not even a slight improvement.
