Learn Braille: Uncontracted (Grade 1) & Contracted (Grade 2)

It had all the information I wanted to know about Braille. Only thing is it doesn't have any actual embossing on it, so... If you're trying to use this to teach someone who is legitimately blind, this is not what you are looking for. Great for sighted teaching though.

Gewd book. Tons of stuff just in this small book. Very helpful to just learn grammar stuff as well, for a secondary benefit.

Please read the one that has the Braille cards on it cuz I said everything there it's hard for me to learn Braille and it's hard for me to show someone else Braille but please read the cards thank

Not raised braille

Christmas gift for my daughter who has always wanted to learn to write braille. Easy step by step process. She was very excited and has already begun reading it!

So so interesting! Practical, clear! I love it!

The book does a pretty good job at helping us get started with Braille. But for the amount you're paying, I just think it's better to download a PDF online. I thought since the cost is this high, the book will have some kind of engravings or some kind of marks on the sheet. But there's nothing. I still am not sure why the cost is this high. Just wanted y'all to know this, in case you were expecting any engravings inside the pages.

Easy to use, great for learning

This is an absolutely AMAZING reference book. Do NOT let the small, thin size fool you. There is an insane amount of information hidden in those pages. Without the ant sized print! The explanations for every single part of written English are so detailed and concise, I feel like I am learning the language for the first time. This book has me questioning what have I been speaking, reading and writing with before, because it certainly no longer feels like I had used English. LOL! Seriously worth the purchase to have in your book collection, even if you are not actively trying to learn Braille.
