I bought this dispenser to replace an older, larger one that had broken. Overall, I really like it. I would give it 5 stars but the only drawback that I have is that it dispenses slowly-much slower than my older one. (Not sure if that is by design or not, as perhaps more bubbling up might rock it more.) It is very lightweight, and I'm a bit (overly) sensitive to putting the 5 gallon bottles on it, but overall it has held up well so far. I really like that it can stay plugged in (behind a big desk), and I can turn on either the cold or the hot features at will, which is the reason I decided it to try it. I also like that it is rather small and compact and doesn't take up a lot of space. I think some had mentioned that it makes the water taste like plastic, so I was forewarned. It did do that in the beginning, but I followed the instructions, and that did go away after maybe a month or so (maybe sooner, I can't recall).

Love the size and it the ease of use. But did not like that every now and then it would leak water and pour 5 gallons of water all over my floor. Not sure why it did this didn’t do it all the time but had no idea when it was going to happen which was annoying

Easy to set up and use. Only thing I don’t care for is that you have to push handles when filling a high glass and if you fill it too full to get it out usually it spills

I dislike the fact that the water comes out very slow. It has a funny plastic taste. I did not like the fact that it did not come with any instructions. I would not buy this again. I would like to send it back.

Great and convenient water cooler. Easy for kids to use. Water doesn't get as cold as desired and bottles are a nuisance to load (I usually experience overflowing with 3-gallon bottles). Otherwise great value and function for the price.

I like that is compact and I can set it on my counter. The cons are that the stream is slow so it takes about 1.5 minutes to fill up one glass of water. The hot water is great but there is no "cold" water, at most the water comes out cool, almost room temp.

I really have mixed feelings about the dispenser. Everything would’ve been great, but the water has a nasty taste that won’t come out. It tells you to clean with baking soda, and I did so many times but it still has a taste, and the water comes out very slow. If you want to make tea or get a full cup of water it would take about 5 minutes. Those two things made me want to return it, but the seller was nice enough to refund me.
