Wow this thing is powerful. My two dogs are 11 pounds and I can only use it on low. It is a bit noisy but because the unit stands away from you and the dog it is not really a problem. It is about as loud as a vacuum cleaner. It seems of good quality. The first time I tried it I was in a room with lots of shelves and papers and in seconds the entire room was aflutter with floating papers and things went flying off the shelves. lol. I'm exaggerating but only a little bit. I now use it in a larger room with less things to get blown around. It dries dogs really, really quickly and the temperature is perfect - gently warm. I think it is a really good idea to use it on yourself first to get an idea of what it feels like. I dried my own hair with it and quickly learned to keep it away from ears as it is too loud for ears. Good to know. My dogs are both short-haired but it can still take a very long time to dry them with a human hair dryer so I absolutely love this dryer and recommend it for all dogs - long or short coat. However....I am not sure I would recommend it for a dog much smaller than 10 pounds. It really is very strong. When I use it on my legs I can see my skin ripple. lol. This might be overkill for a teacup Chihuahua.

This is not our first bair product the whole bair product line is incredible this one is very forceful very powerful as it's supposed to be does what it's supposed to works well not much more to say

I bought this after reading on a German Shepard group about how it would be life changing for when my gsd blew his coat. When it came in, I lined the hounds up for a bath. My lab was scared to death of the noise and shook and tried to get away the entire time I dried him. He was not a fan, my GSD, a pup at the time just sat and enjoyed it. No one was really shedding at the time. I put it in the closet and basically forgot about it. Fast forward to Florida’s January and it was 90°, everyone was shedding like crazy! I was buried under tumble weeds of fur every morning when I woke up. This amazing contraption is a life saver! Use the cone attachment before washing to blow tufts of shedded fur off the dry dogs, then use one of the other flat attachments to blow them dry after the bath. The 2nd go round I used a leash and everyone stood still and actually enjoyed being blown dry. their fur is so soft and shiny and it helped dramatically with the shedding in the house. I would recommend using this outside because it’s loud and hair will be blowing everywhere.

The 1st one didn't work when we recieved had to get a replacement which came quick. Once we recieved it we put it to work on our little frenchie.works very good at drying in half the time. Only down fall is there isn't a temp setting so it does get fairly warm if drying takes long.

Great product! Turned all day drying into an hour for my big doggo and 30 minutes for my small super floofy puppos. It also blows out soooo much hair that a combo of my double row undercoat rake, slicker brush, and curry brush couldn't all get. It leaves the fur super soft and bouncy. I recommend drying outside due to flying hair if you have a dog that sheds a lot or is in a coat blow. Also it says quiet, and it really is compared to the dryers I used when I worked at 2 different grooming salons, but it is still loud, so unless your dog is used to it or just doesn't give a hek, be sure to socialize to the sound first then slowly build up their confidence and make it super positive. Give treats and praise while doing this. Make it mean good things! Remember that every dog is different.My oldest dog didn't care at all. She is reliably afford leash trained and I took her outside to dry her with no leash and she stayed still for me. She is an amazing dog.My smallest dog has anxiety but I sat down and held her as I dries her and gave gentle praise and we are working on confidence and she eventually got to where she would stand still for me.My big girl has been socialized to this since 12 weeks old and is a service dog. She doesn't care about heavy machinery, baloons popping, sudden loud noises, threatening situations, and is trained to perform tasks to calm me during PTSD, anxiety, and panic attacks as well as help through seizures and etc, but she does not like the dryer still. I will be spreading peanut butter onto a plate for her to lick while I dry her with giving her lots of "good girl!"s.

The media could not be loaded. My Pom is usually a big scaredy cat when it comes to loud noises so I was a bit skeptical about using the dryer on my dog. I went ahead and followed the instructional video with Cesar Millan’s son. There was a part in the video where they advised users to turn the dryer on so that the dog can get comfortable with it. So what I did was leave the dryer on while I was bathing my dog. It is a bit loud which is to be expected but as you can see in my video my dog seemed surprisingly comfortable so it seemed like the trick worked. The dryer worked very well as it took about 20 minutes to completely dry my dog. It usually takes about 45 min to an hour when I use my human hair blow dryer. Also, I am always afraid that I am burning my dog with my hair dryer but this dryer does not blow out hot air so I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about burning my dog. Great product and great video as I was able to teach my dog a new trick lol.​

So far so good, put it together and turned it on and it worked. Like others said, it takes a few minutes to warm up so you may want to turn it on before you're using it on your animal. I haven't tried it on my Norwegian Forest Cat yet, but when I do I will update and see how long it took to dry. It is definitely quieter than the hair dryer, so hopefully she is less stressed. Seems good quality. Small enough to put in the closet .EDIT:: I'm loving this hair dryer for my long haired cat. It makes her super floofy too! Which for me is a huge plus. I love her fur when shes floof. I've got a Nebelung look a like. (Stray, not sure what she really is) and it makes her tail so floofy. She is a little annoyed with it and occasionally thinks she needs to swat at it, but its not harmful to her and she doesn't do backflips trying to get away from it.

This product was the answer we were waiting for when giving our Australian Labradoodle a bath. This drys right down to the skin which is what you need when drying a long haired or curly haired dog. Often our groomer would have to shave him down due to the matting but with this we can eliminate that issue.

Easy to use, make my medium golden doodle dried quickly. Just one thing not as good as expected, when turned to ‘high’ the sound is too big my dog feels nervously, if use ‘low’ option she is pretty comfortable.
