Great customer service
I first bought this stand a few weeks ago and when it arrived there were issues with it and the magnet included with the stand shattered into pieces and I was unable to use. I wrote a review stating this and the company reached out to try and resolve the issue. They have sent me a whole new stand that is arriving today. I'll let ya know about the product but so far I am VERY impressed with the customer service!

Doesn’t work!
Do not buy. I never write reviews but because I bought this earlier this year and never tried it, I can’t send it back so I’m out of my money. This thing is junk. It doesn’t levitate and there is not enough air to make it spin even if it did. It’s also very narrow so a bit unsturdy I’ve owned other machines and they work better, give you two size magnets, and you can control the amount of air flow. Look elsewhere or you will regret it.

Good, but can only use shoes
Shipped well no damage on the product and successfully and easily held the shoe, but I was hoping for it to be able to hold other items (it can’t)

Great buy! Great Look. Tricky to get working.
The trick is getting it started...and like anything, with practice, you get better. It does take a great deal of effort to get the magnetic force right but you do, it's a beautiful thing to see!

I like it it fits good to my shoes and it’s a beautiful thing to have in your room for style and its good for a shoe person like me over all I like how it balance with the shoes I recommend it if you like it !!

Do Not Buy - Poor Quality
Unless you have the perfect weighing shoe, and you place the magnet in the perfect position, it doesn't work. The idea is cool, but in actuality the product is garbage.

Wow factor is there
This was on my son’s wish list for a while. Bought it for a Christmas gift and was well worth the wait. Great quality! Looks amazing in his room and a great addition to his decor. Easy to switch out the shoes.
