Will this work on a 2003 saab?

No for all Saabs for the most part (unless you are only reading the eeprom) and this is not a stand-alone tool.

In addition to vw/audi, skoda, seat, bmw, mercedes, and toyota; what makes/models can this tool program a key? Currently I have the X431 V+ V4.0.
