They are processed steamed. But you will need to cook them at a med heat never a boil and not to long. Stem the buns for a few seconds and so good just like a Chicago red hot!!!!

Why is the shipping price so high? With tbe product of 45.00 and your shipping of 45.00 the price is over 90.00 bucks thats rediculas!
