I bought a cybex r series commercial treadmill for my house and i didnt pay attention to the plug when i brought it into my house. Later realized i needed the slanted plug style outlet and learned its to be used on a 20a dedicated circuit. The treadmill store told me the unit shouldnt draw much power as its being used at a house and that as long as i plug it in and im not kicking the breaker then all we need is this adapter. So purchased the adapter and put it on the treadmill plug and sure enough treadmill works flawlessly on our home 15a circuit which this plug was made to let that happen. 5stars. Great product

I use this to hook up to my generator and heavy gauge extension cord. Works great and should last longer than me.

I use it for my company semi truck cab power when I park to keep the cab powered when I'm on the road and at home so the cab fridge don't drain the power, then thaws getting the floor wet. Heavy duty and provides a tight connection to the cab power and the extension cord.
