Matches perfectly with the camera and provides a very good grip for larger hands
These are fantastic for my large hands. I put one on my XT1 (black) and my XT1 (Graphite-Silver). It fits both perfectly and seamlessly. I have been using the grip along with the thumb grip as well. Though I don't feel it is necessary to have both. But the combo works well for me. I can more easily shoot with one hand if so desired. I get a good grip on the camera with just this hand grip and feel confident that I'm not going to drop the camera. Without the grip, for me, my hand doesn't feel like I've got a good hold on the camera. And it doesn't add much weight to the camera as well. By the way, I use one camera with just the 56mm Fujinon lens. The other I use with the 18-135 Fujinon. Waiting for the 90mm Fujinon. Then I'll ditch the kit lens. Point is that with these heavier lens, the metal hand grip works great and adds to a better balance for me. Why two camera bodies? I don't like changing lens often because I'm afraid of getting debris on the cameras sensor. And so this just works out for me. This metal hand grip matches perfectly with each 'color' camera body. And I like the look.

Better than I expected considering the Fuji grip for the ...
Better than I expected considering the Fuji grip for the X-Pro1 didn't work for me and I got a third party alternative for that camera. For me, the drawback of this design is that I have to shift my hand from carrying to shooting. By that, I mean when I carry the camera, my index finger rests on the finger cutout on the top of the grip. However, to shoot, I need to shift my hand upwards so that my index finger is free to hit the shutter button. That means my index finger now rests on the finger cutout. It's a smooth an easy transition but, for me anyway, it's a quirk of the design and why it gets four stars instead of five.

A wet welcome accessory available at a down to earth price!
Got this at a blow out price well below the original MSRP of approximately $110 USD. Resisted buying until I came across it on sale by accident.Nothing but pluses here. Excellent quality, fit, and finish as I have come to expect from all things carrying the Fuji "Made in Japan" stamp.I have extra large hands and the smallish form factor of the XT-1 benefits greatly from this accessory with very, very modest weight increase.Best wishes and may all your photos print the way they looked in the view finder!

Makes a world of difference when mounted on the X-T1
This grip made a world of difference for me on the X-T1. Fit is a perfect match both in color and mounting to the body. Battery compartment is easy to access without removing the grip. Excellent product. I highly recommend this grip to anyone who may feel the X-T1 needs a better grip due to its small size. No problems. Arrived on time. Build is very strong.

An excellent grip for an excellent camera
An excellent grip for an excellent camera. Adds just the right amount of extra material to hold on to. I’m not a fan of regular battery grips. Particularly the Fuji and Sony grips (too square feeling). This grip though is different. You get more extension on the front of the camera for your fingers to wrap around. Also, the built in Arca mount is a nice touch. Works well with my Benro and Nodal Ninja setups.

No Issues, Great Grip for Great Price
Picked this up for well below retail price. Great grip and makes the camera much more comfortable to hold. Use mostly for wedding photography, and having a comfortable grip for several hours at a time makes all the difference.

Expensive but well worth it. Very high quality.

Poor quality
Works great, however the quality is really not great. After a week's use, the grip and the metal plate became loose. So while the plate is screwed onto the bottom, the grip moves about a little bit. Nevertheless, it's the only grip that will look like it was part of the original camera...

A nice grip and well executed but lately
A nice grip and well executed but lately, after monthes of use I'm feelling a little play in it that bothers me. This should feel solid but is a bit wiggly.
